The 2024 ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ Trust Barometer Supplemental Report: Insights for the Tech Sector finds that technology is at an inflection point. The technology sector is widely trusted, but AI is at a crossroads. As AI innovation speeds up, trust in AI companies has declined. People are concerned about AI’s privacy threats and harms to society. Now is the time for the technology sector to address those barriers head on in order to restore and build trust in AI.

 

Methodology

The 2024 ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ Trust Barometer is the firm’s 24th annual survey. The research was produced by the ¼«ÀÖÊÓƵ Trust Institute and consisted of 30-minute online interviews conducted between November 3 and November 22, 2023. Learn more >
